His vision and hard work have inspired me every step of the way. As a fourth-generation entrepreneur in the food industry, I've grown up surrounded by the vibrant flavors and aromas of South Indian cuisine. Born and raised in a family steeped in culinary tradition, I've had the privilege of inheriting not only recipes but also the passion for cooking from my grandfather and ancestors.

My grandfather an accomplished entrepreneur, played a pivotal role in shaping my culinary expertise. He started his first restaurant “Lakshmi Vilas” in 1940. His dedication to authenticity and quality has been my guiding principle. Under his influence, I developed a deep appreciation for the rich flavors of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

where my father, a Chartered Accountant, encouraged my interest and guided me toward excellence. During my MBA studies, I gained valuable experience in management, further honing my skills.
